Our trained property managers consist of licensed Realtors and Realtor-Associates who make property management their full-time professional commitment.

All of the property managers are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors and the Honolulu Board of Realtors. We also remain active in legislation that effects our industry. Through our local Board we continually work in risk reduction and risk reduction training.

P.J. MOORE, President - She was licensed as a Realtor Associate in 1980 and as a Realtor in 1982. She has specialized in property management since 1980. She has been with THE PROPERTY MANAGERS, LTD., since February 1986.
P.J. has completed five years on the Honolulu Board of Realtors Grievance Committee, three years on the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee. She was the Treasurer for 1997 and she served 8 years on the Board of Directors. She served as Chairman-Elect in 1999, and Chairman in 2000. She also served as Treasurer for the Hawaii Association of Realtors in 1999 and has served seven years on the Board of Directors. For the year 2000 she served as a Director for the National Association of Realtors and served on the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee for the National Association of Realtors.

WARREN DOTE, Principal Broker - Warren has been licensed as a Realtor Associate since December, 1991 when he joined the company. He has been licensed as a Realtor since 2001. Warren also serves on the RICO Advisory Board reviewing complaints regarding property management.

FRANK YOUNG, Property Manager - has been licensed as a Realtor Associate since 1979 and as a Realtor since 1987. He joined The Property Managers, Ltd. in September 1987. Prior to this he managed 280 units in a three person office.

DALE HORIMOTO, Property Manager - has been licensed as a Realtor-Associate since 1988 and joined TPM as of December 1, 2004 when TPM acquired Bradley Properties. Dale is our high-end vacation rental specialist.

CYNTHIA ROBERTS, Property Manager - has been licensed as a Realtor-Associate since 2003 and joined TPM as of December 1, 2004 when TPM acquired Bradley Properties.
Cynthia has had six years of experience in property management, as she began her property management career as an assistant at a 450 unit residential condominium association on the Leeward Coast

MONIKA RISNER, Property Manager - has been licensed as a Realtor-Associate since November 2005 and joined The Property Managers, Ltd. in June 2006. Prior to joining our company, Monika had 4 years of experience as a leasing manager and leasing agent for a 400 unit complex in Kunia and a 1,500 unit housing community in Ewa Beach.
